/ Data & Privacy

What we collect, and why.

No ad networks. No data brokers. No hidden collection. Every permission our apps request is listed here with a plain-language reason. If we couldn't justify it, we didn't ask for it.

— Permission by permission

Every request, explained.

Internet access

Used to check for app updates and, where applicable, sync user-created data to their own account. Never used to send usage data to third parties.

Storage read / write

Requested only by apps that save files the user explicitly creates—documents, exports, saved game states. The app writes only to its own folder unless the user picks a different location.

Notification permission

Only asked when the app has a function that genuinely benefits from alerts—timers, reminders you set yourself. We do not request notification access to re-engage you with the app.

Permissions we never request

Contacts, microphone, camera, location, and device identifiers are not requested by any EVERGAN app unless a future title genuinely cannot function without one—and if that happens, this page will say so first.

What we do with it

Collected data stays on your device.

Crash reports are the only data that leaves your device, and only if you opt in on first launch. They go directly to us—not to a third-party analytics platform.

We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers. We do not build profiles. There is no ad SDK in any EVERGAN app.

Privacy questions

Something unclear? Ask us directly.

If anything on this page raises a question, or if you want to know specifically what a particular app does with your data, send us a message. We reply within one business day.
